Dilly Cow has a tic-tac-toe format that helps students who have been initially introduced to the "ow" rule to practice decoding words with both sounds of "ow." This game contains all the materials you will need. Mount the cover with directions and the game board on a letter-sized file folder. The ice cream spotters can be printed on cardstock, laminated, and cut out -- or use colorful plastic math counters for spotters. It you prefer to color your own game, set your printer to grayscale.
